Asia-Pacific Championships

Up until 2013 the winning National Little League Championship team would represent Australia at the Asia Pacific Little League Championships. This was the elimination tournament that Australia competed in to qualify for the Little League World Series. Australia would compete against China, Taiwan, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam. Australia no longer competes in this championship because they now receive automatic qualification to represent their country at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA, USA.
